Ask yourself a question: How hard do you push yourself to accomplish your goals?
Try to remember that feeling you have when you just pushed yourself so hard and you finally accomplished what you wanted to. Remember that release after and that feeling of hope you get. It applies to everything in life. It applies to the last 5 minutes of your run when you feel like you are just going to collapse. It shows when you are working on something you are passionate about and finally see the end result. Some of you might be afraid of that final 5 minutes, or the last burst of stress you feel before presenting a big project. Take the fear and pain that you have and try to keep in mind that the pain only lasts for a little while. Getting past that struggle will benefit you for a lifetime.
