No-Bake Cookie Dough


Something every girl has in common is our love for raw cookie what if I told you that you could eat cookie dough that was full of protein and that is vegan, gluten-free, and extremely delicious. It's true, this cookie dough is packed with plant-based protein and also has that touch of sweetness so that you have the option to eat it for a pre-workout snack, or an indulgent yet healthy dessert. You can also feel free to throw it in the oven for 10-15 minutes and make the most insane protein chocolate chip cookies! So what are you waiting for?? 1/2 cup all natural applesauce (you can sub this with 1/2 cup of mashed banana)
1/2 cup vanilla plant-based protein powder (I used Vega)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
2 Tbsp peanut butter (I used Wild Friends)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp blue agave
1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Dairy free chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients either in a food processor or just mix it by hand! Freeze for 10-15 minutes & Enjoy right out of the bowl!

You also have the option to bake this mix into cookies, just preheat the oven to 350 degrees & bake for 10-15 minutes
