Strawberry Overnight Oats

I'm typically not a huge fan of oatmeal, but truth be told, it is one of the healthiest things you can eat for breakfast. After trying a couple different recipes of overnight oats, I finally was able to get the hang of it and create my own. Now let me tell you...I am OBSESSED!!!! I cannot express enough how in love I am with these. They are SO filling, satisfy all my sweet cravings, are creamy, smooth, and completely customizable!!

I'm starting you guys off simple with this strawberry overnight oat recipe, but I promise there will be plenty more to come very soon!

1/4 cup or 1 to-go pack of gluten free oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Squeeze of lemon

Simply layer all of the ingredients on top of each other, then stir it all up! Leave it in a mason jar or any container with a cover over it, and leave overnight to soak. Then wake up & enjoy the creamy goodness!!
