Summer Pitaya Bowl


Something I have always loved is making my own smoothie bowls right at home. If you don't know what a pitaya bowl is, it's dragon fruit, a fruit that is extremely high in antioxidants and healthy fats. These bowls are great for a typical breakfast, but I highly recommend them for a post-workout meal since they are extremely filling and have so many benefits.

In blender add
2 packets of frozen unsweetened pitaya
1 banana
5-6 large frozen strawberries
1/2 cup apple juice
Blend it up
Top with any granola & coconut flakes of your choice
