Lean & Green Wraps (vegan)


I am so excited to share this recipe today because any type of wrap is a staple in my diet. I love eating lettuce wraps and rice paper wraps for lunch or dinner because they are low-carb, high-protein, high in healthy fats, and easy to make. They are also impossible to get sick of because you can spice them up each time you make them by swapping out ingredients. Although these wraps are vegan, you can easily make them with tuna, sliced turkey, grilled chicken, shrimp, or anything else you like!

2 collared green leaves
2 tablespoons of hummus
1 block of firm tofu (I use Nasoya sesame ginger tofu)
1/4 avocado sliced
2 mini bell peppers sliced
1/4 cup carrot slices

Wipe hummus on wraps
Add all your ingredients into the middle on top of the hummus
Wrap & enjoy!
