My roommates and I just moved into a brand new apartment, and of course I had to make them a healthy treat to start off the first week of school. Being able to cook for myself is so important because not only am I passionate about creating healthy recipes, but it also makes it easier to keep my health in check. I am excited to see what recipes I come up with this semester at school and am so grateful that I have great roommates & friends that are always down to give me their honest opinion.

Ingredients
1 cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life semisweet)

Recipe
Preheat Oven to 400°
In a blender, blend the oats until they turn into a flour texture & pour into separate bowl
Add all the rest of the ingredients into the blender except the chocolate chips
Pour batter into the bowl with the oats & whisk until fully combined
Mix in the chocolate chips
Line tin with muffin liners & coat with cooking spray
Bake for 15 minutes (might need slightly longer depending on oven)

Makes 12 muffins
